Buying is the easy part.Choosing is where we come in.

Your audiogram and lifestyle come first, so by the time you order, the pair is already right for you.

Synva · 01

We start with your audiogram

Have one? Just share it. Do not have one? We will help you get one at your nearest local clinic.

Synva · 02

Your lifestyle assessment

A Synva audiologist maps your everyday listening and matches this pair to it, not a generic preset.

You

Place the order

Once the fit is confirmed, ordering takes about two minutes. That is your whole part.

Synva · 03

Fitting, then free delivery

Programmed to your assessment, fitted by the audiologist, and delivered free of cost, ready to wear.

It starts with your hearing, not your card.

What it actually does

Eight things worth knowing

Plain English, no spec dump. The full list lives below for the few who want it.

Enhanced Sound Processing

Split processing by Signia brings the High End Dynamic Sound Processing's some capabilities to the budget segment for better Speech in Noise and in Quiet.

Automatic directionality

Automatically switches between omnidirectional and directional microphone modes depending on the noise level detected, without the patient needing to select a program.

e2e wireless

Creates a wireless link between the left and right hearing aids so they share information and coordinate their processing, behaving as one integrated system rather than two independent devices.

SoundSmoothing™

Detects and instantly softens sudden sharp sounds (such as clattering cutlery, clapping, or keyboard clicks) before they reach the ear, reducing listening fatigue and discomfort.

User control coupling via e2e

When the patient adjusts a control (volume or program) on one aid, the e2e wireless link instantly applies the same change to the other aid, so they never need to adjust both aids separately.

Frequency compression

Compresses high-frequency sounds (such as consonants like 's' and 'f') into a lower frequency range where the patient has more residual hearing, improving speech clarity when high-frequency amplification alone is insufficient.

Adaptive directionality

Dynamically steers the directional microphone focus toward the dominant speech source even when it is not directly in front of the patient, adapting in real time as the speaker moves.

Signia app

Allows the patient to adjust volume, programs, and sound settings directly from their smartphone, and may enable remote support from their audiologist.

The honest bit

Where the marketing runs ahead of reality

  • TruEar. Benefits are most noticeable in quiet environments. Patients with severe loss or those who have worn aids for many years may notice limited difference in real-world spatial perception.

  • Tinnitus static therapy signal. Static therapy provides temporary masking relief but does not treat the underlying cause of tinnitus. Clinical outcomes vary widely; many patients require structured Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT) in addition to sound therapy for meaningful long-term benefit.

We flag this on every model. It is how you know the rest is real.

The tier decision

Do you need the 200, or is a 50 enough?

Same design, same everyday handling. A higher tier buys finer sound processing in complex noise.

Every tier here is the same device on the outside, same shell, same size. What changes is the chip inside.

All 4 tiers are rechargeable, mild to profound. Prices are MRP per piece, confirmed with your Synva audiologist.
