Do I need a hearing test before I buy?

Yes. Without a hearing test report there is no way to know which model actually suits you, so the test comes first. If you already have an audiogram, share it and we pick up from there.

What if the Audeo L50-312 is not right for me?

We tell you plainly. Synva is brand neutral, so if a lower tier or a different model fits your hearing and your life better, that is what we recommend.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. EMI options are available on all hearing aids. Your audiologist shares the plans that apply during your pricing conversation.

How long does delivery take after I order?

Typically about a week. Your devices reach us in around 2 working days, we take a day to program and fit them to your hearing test (online if you are outside Hyderabad), and delivery to you takes 1 to 3 days depending on your location, free of cost.

What does the 2 year warranty cover?

Manufacturer repairs and servicing, handled end to end through Synva. Programming adjustments and follow up care are part of how we work, not an add on.

Tinnitus Balance. Tinnitus Balance provides temporary masking and sound enrichment but does not treat the neurological cause of tinnitus. Clinical benefit is most meaningful as part of a structured Tinnitus Sound Therapy or TRT programme, not as a standalone intervention.
