Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Policy applies to all Products purchased through synva.io or at the Synva Experience Centre in Hyderabad, including hearing aids, accessories, and consumables. We deliver across India.

A hearing aid is not dispatched off a shelf. Once your order is confirmed, the devices reach Synva from the manufacturer in around 2 working days. Our audiologists then take a day to program and fit them to your hearing test, in person at the Experience Centre or online if you are outside Hyderabad.

Your order is therefore typically ready to dispatch within 3 to 5 days of confirmation. If anything extends that, for example a device on back order with the manufacturer, we tell you before you wait.

Once dispatched, courier delivery takes 1 to 3 days depending on your location. End to end, most orders reach you in about a week from confirmation.

If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at our cost, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Devices shown on synva.io are on display at the Synva Experience Centre in Hyderabad. You can visit, see and try a device with an audiologist, and place your order there; it is then programmed to your hearing test and delivered to you or collected from the Centre, on the same timelines set out above.
