Do I need a hearing test before I buy?

Yes. Without a hearing test report there is no way to know which model actually suits you, so the test comes first. If you already have an audiogram, share it and we pick up from there.

What if the Terra+ BTE SP is not right for me?

We tell you plainly. Synva is brand neutral, so if a lower tier or a different model fits your hearing and your life better, that is what we recommend.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. EMI options are available on all hearing aids. Your audiologist shares the plans that apply during your pricing conversation.

What does the 2 year warranty cover?

Manufacturer repairs and servicing, handled end to end through Synva. Programming adjustments and follow up care are part of how we work, not an add on.
